Hey guys, let's get a bit nerdy. So I had the opportunity to work with hollow blocks on the slab of the first floor of a certain construction site and I was just amused by it. An engineer I worked under on my attachment period mentioned they are mostly used when the thickness of the slab is more than 150mm and this would mean that a lot of concrete would have to be used to achieve that height and hence a higher cost of construction. Hello beautiful souls, I hope this finds you well. Today we are going to look at how to style your dungaree and how to get you natural coils popping. To get my natural hair to look like this, I washed it with shampoo, conditioned it with leave-in and then blow dried it. To get the coils that defined, I did twists outs with eco styler gel, the black one with protein, then I went into the drier for a few minutes for fast drying and to ensure the product was sealed into the hair for better results.  As for my outfit, I paired my dark Grey dungaree with a maroon long sleeves tee and my flat slide sandals. For my accessories, I went with a beaded choker to add color and patterns to the look. I feel the outfit is perfect for my job description in the construction industry, but I would need to change the shoes for safety purposes. Happy new week people, I hope the weekend was kind to you and you had ample time for rest.  Today we will be looking at how you can layer up in this cold season but keep it fashion! To achieve this look, I went with my sky blue jeans (which are a current favorite), for my top half, I combined my knitted turtle neck with a white slim strap top. This is how I managed to layer up, I chose this two colors because they always orchestrate the perfect contrast as black is the absence of all color hues and white is the presence of all color hues. For my shoes I went with a beige pair of tiptoe blocked heels, and it paired perfectly with my sisal fedora. I went with a white bag to match the top I had on. This combination allowed the blue on the pants to dominate even more. The look was simple and it kept me warm on that chilly day. Hehe a girl is feeling motivated, so here goes a second blog post today. For my #ootd today I decided to combine orange with green as my most notable outfit colours. These two colours married well especially since they are both secondary colours and have a similar, if not the same, colour intensity and therefore neither overpowers the other while captivating the attention of the viewer. To achieve this look, I paired my plain blue jeans with a long sleeved, green top, an orange bucket hat and sandals with orange as the dominant colour on them. For my accessories, I went with my afro-inspired, silver, wooden earrings. This look is ideal for a laid back kind of day. Let me know what you think and stay safe.  

Hey beautiful souls, today we are going to have a look at how you can rock a semi-casual outfit for the office on a Friday. So for this look, I wanted to go for a sophistication, and nothing screams class than the colour white. So I combined my blue jeans with a white blouse that has fancy sleeves and I added a knot for that extra drama. Since blue jeans and a plain white top are a bit plane, I had to add a statement pair of shoes on my #ootd, and that's where my rainbow, snake print mules came in perfectly. For my accessories, I went with a sisal fedora and a beaded bracelet with, yet again, rainbow colours.  I love how the look turned out. Let me know what you think on the comments below❤️
